Cathy is the Office Facilitator for the Ventura Office. Her responsibilities include the processing of all levels of new business including investments, insurance, managed accounts, and retirement accounts. She also processes additional business/client related forms, such as distribution, and loan requests. She is responsible for updating the client database, scanning documents, tracking and filing all planner and client correspondence, and maintaining the file room. She maintains the office equipment, opens all mail, orders office supplies, forms, and manages the postage log, and check log.

She participates in monthly operations meetings, trainings, and focus groups. She presented a monthly “Go Green” segment during the monthly operations meeting for almost two years. She studied for, and obtained a FINRA Series 6 license.

In 2011, and again in 2012 she was the in-office coordinator for two facilities moves. She worked with the general contractor, IT, the moving company, engineers, building management, and corporate management to ensure a smooth transition, and to make sure the tenant improvements went smoothly, and correctly for both locations.

She has been with the Ventura office since September 2005. Before her daughter was born, she was a Project Manager for a major commercial floor covering company for 11 years. She was responsible for the supervision of more than 15 project coordinators, and job cost auditing for several branch offices.
